um. technically draven's the best juggler in the league.

Vel'Koz is by far League's best juggler, his tentacle-eye-coordination is far beyond that of every other champ in the game. Draven's a close second but falls short because he can miss his axes, Vel never misses one of his eyeballs.

Velkoz >Draven

As said before Warwick is about the best champ to learn to jungle with. Decent damage, good tank, godly sustain. His ganks are mediocre prior to level six but after then each time your ult is up, you are guaranteed a kill so long as your laner isn't stupid. The only thing to be wary of is mid to late game when you'll need some tank to make it through team fights as you'll be expected to initiate and you can pretty much predict that you'll catch a lot of CC when you do.

To be honest, at your level it doesn't matter who you pick to JUNGLE with. What matters is your decision making and ability to get to a situation before it becomes a situation (like knowing that the enemy jungler is about to gank top lane so you move toward top lane for backup).

The best champs to learn the role with in my opinion are beefy guys with good initiation tools. Warwick was my first champ and the one I cut my jungling teeth on. You almost have to try to die to jungle camps with his passive and Q and if your team can't get a kill on whoever you Ult, it's because you picked a bad target at a bad time. Amumu works much the same except he's more susceptible to invasions (when the enemy steals your jungle camps) and can't fight very well before lvl 3 or 4, but after he hits lvl 6 he can be HUGE in fights especially against the relatively uncoordinated teams you'll find at your current level.

I don't really recommend Jax or Pantheon because they're a little more complex and aren't natural junglers (although Panth is being played in the jungle more and more lately), but the two I do list are very cheap if you don't own them already and there's a plethora of guides available on LoLKing and other sites to help you get the basics so that you can figure out what works best for you.

ok, both are strong with similar play, i don't recommend either though in the long run unless you are really comfortable with them and jungle.
