TL'DR: if Blade Waltz is her only thing to surviving tool, then at least make it reliable. It not like she can spam Ulti to push or farming for that restriction.

Gee, why don't we make all champions resourceless, right? Remove CDs while you're at it. Managing stuff like a resource bar and CDs is anti-fun.

No, seriously, though, all joking about level aside, rushing into a 1 v 5 with Fiora is a terrible idea. Come to think of it, there are VERY few champs that I would EVER suggest attempt a 1 v 5. Relying solely on your ult was a stupid idea and you paid for it. Plain and simple.

Ever heard about countries other than US?

It's was all-in team fight when Fiora have the chance to inflict 100% theory-possible damage to enemies team(Hydra + grouped up enemies + teammate ready to engage), it could have been end up a 5-0 without the lacking of 11 mana.

This is just a example situation, think in a bigger examples pool plz.

See this is why I don't get, I mean I'm not from USA (I'm Canadian) but why are people constantly posting on NA forums if they play on EU? Why don't you guys post on your own forums instead of getting pissed when people point out that you're lvl 6?

Anyway, if you knew how to manage your mana the situation you described wouldn't have happened. Riot doesn't have to change Blade Waltz - especially not give it 0 mana cost at max rank - just because you failed to count your mana. I don't play Fiora but I don't need to play her to know that you're supposed to manage your mana on a mana champion.

Fiora isn't an initiator.

Pick up a single mana item and you no longer have to worry about it. Might I recommend the Iceborn Gauntlet.

I dont really understand what you're trying to say, but I do know that Fiora has her niche in the game and her lack off CC is what most people say hurts her the most. Her team fight is nice, but without someone with CC to combine with her ult, she ends up stuck in the middle of the enemy team with no way out.

This is why I say don't play , don't post.

I mean the Mana amount use to limit her Ultimate is unnesscesary, and only make people see a stupid situation like jump into group of enemy without Ultimate more often (more blame, more Good Game eh?)

Fiora playstyle alway require to use all other skill right before using Ulti, so the chance of getting out mana right before you use the Ulti get higher.

Fiora cannot use her ulti without a target champion, so she can't spam it -> no need mana to restrict spaming. Mana cost doesn't make sense in Fiora case, especialy in late game, why not remove it.

My suggestion: 100/50/0 at lv 16
