Opinions on support Velkoz?

So I've really been liking support velkoz. Like... a lot. Some of my favorite supports are Janna and Nami and I feel like he's similar. Early game I rush the pre-talisman item and sightstone and then build him into a secondary apc, dropping the gp5 item for another ap item. Final build looks like: sorc shoes, sightstone, liandry's, void staff, morellonomicon, and deathcap. Early game all about the poke, cc, and passive procs, late game just get that zone control and the huge ult nukes if lined up right. Like I said, tons of fun for me, anyone else tried it out and had a good time?
