Ardent Censer

Just wanted to get your thoughts on the Ardent Censer item. When would you buy it? Who would you buy it on. Generally in what purchase order would you buy the item? General overall thoughts on the item?

I Like It On Thresh, Most Shield And Heal Cast Ranges Are Very Small.
Thresh Can Throw His Lantern Super Far For A Aoe Shield To Help. Then If The Trade Still Isn't Enough They Can Click It And Return To Him.
It'S a awsome item on Janna after the gp10 item and sightstone, as janna doesn't need boots, Ardent Censer and another aetherwhisp grant her all the ms she needs due to her passive+W, and the AS works awsome with the bonus-AD from her shield. It's also a good supportitem on lulu for carrys with good as-scaling, as she grants a nice on-hit effeckt together with her shield.
If u have an aoe shield/heal and a good as-scaling in ur team(like toplane jax+midlane diana+jungle Vi), it will definitly be a strong pickup.
but whatever u do as support, gp10+sightstone have priority.
any supp that has a heal or sheild gets it. janna ali soraka and lulu are great for it.
Janna, Nami, Lulu, Soraka, Sona, and Karma use it as core. Usually after SS and sometime around/after their Gp10 item.
Morg and Thresh are kinda iffy. Their shields are more situationally used because of their specific utility, and so they don't get as much out of it. Thresh also builds better tanky.
Tried it on Alistar the other day. It feels VERY low impact, basically invisible. There are no particle effects, at least that I could see, to show who has the buff, so I can't even tell if it's working in a fight.
On paper, the item sounds awesome. In use, it's really unrewarding.
Ardent Censer is a noob bait crap item- But i have been thinking that maybe if it had an active that gave 150+10% of the target's max health as a heal on a 60 second cooldown then it can be worth to consider buying over better items like the chalice bell, along side the passive that grants attack speed then this item can be bought on anyone since its own active will proc the passive and as well as be a good anti poke item with the sustain
