fear is now the worst cc in the game

fear changes are brutal.

fear used to be good 100% of the time, you could use it to engange, disengange, distract or harass.

now? its good in less than 60% of situations.

many times now, casting fear actually hurts fiddle/noc/shaco and can even get them and their allies killed.

the worst part, is all the people who have never played fiddle who say incredibly stupid things like "just walk behind them in fear them into a turret" as if fiddle was ever made to have the mobility and health to simply walk behind an enemy.

new fiddle just dies when he tries to use new fear effectively. so now he either doesnt use it, or he uses it ineffectively in this few niche sitatiouons where it isnt terrible.

as support fiddle, i went from maxing Q first to maxing it last. and while doing this allows me to get more dmg out, its impossible to set up my adc with anywhere close to as many kills as i used to.

is this what the changes were intended to do? kill support fiddle?

are you going to give him a HUGE boost in movement and HP so he can actually walk behind people and fear them without dying? or just leaving him how he is?

is this just ANOTHER indirect buff to leona/thresh/annie? who seem to be the only 3 champs riot wants in the support role?

what was the purpose of this change?
