I really think this will boost he's tankyness since he's not a true tank or you can make flow since hecarim he's a movement speed passive!please buff hecarim make him a choice for banning in ranked I want to see that!thank riot for the game!i love hecarim no matter what happens to him even nerfs won't change my mind I really support this champion.in the future I want to work for you! my math is quite good!
