At least when the new jungle comes out he will have to receive some buffs. Hecarim was created with Force of Nature in mind, after the removal of this item he never fully recovered.

I my eyes Hecarim's W (only!) could use a rework. Since his W got nerfed Hecarim feels like a 3 ability champion. His W neither heals enough to feel relevant nor has it anywhere near noticeable damage or utility.

Hec isn't really in dire need of much. He's pretty decent when you know how to play him. The biggest issue is that he's very much not meta. The only changes I think could put him into pick status without making him a must ban would be a slight buff to Spirit of Dread (Between two and five percent more healing) and the second would be to let cdr affect Rampage diferently, it currently only effects the base cooldown and the rampage stacks go in effect before cdr. This change would let you drop the cooldown to .4 instead of 1.2 I know this sounds like a bit much, but it would work perfectly with Hecarim' playstyle of being a constant threat, even if he doesn't deal a lot of damage with his Q, this would let him have a much higher threat because he can drop constant and reliable damage all around him.

I main hecarin and I feel that his capped damage and healing on monster should be removed since the meta has changed and make his e more fast like a real horse that he is! And I think that would benefit his jungle for sure and I don't think it would effect any part of hecarim against champions since this are only minions and monster and I think they should make him special for his jungle speed since hecarim all about speed right?

The only time I find him useful is when I lane against a Shyvana. And that's it.

Although I do agree that Hecarim is on the weak side compared to other junglers ( I main hecarim). We'll have to wait and see how the new jungle will change the game. Currently, one of the biggest reason why heacrim is so weak is because of his horrendous early game jungle clear time and sustain. There might be new items that would benefit hecarim turning him into an unstoppable juggernaut... cough force of nature.

Hecarim pretty much needs a rework. His kit does feel kind of old and out of place now.

Maybe it's too much... But I wished Hecarim could outrun Udyr... Hecarim's concept is all about speed (see his passive) - yet Udyr is so much more mobile with a much more consitent speedbuff.... And that's a weird shaman with identity crisis, not a horse...

Maybe we should add a poll what aspect to touch, some things I could think off: 1.) Natural bulk; His low base damage forces him to build damage in order to remain relevant in teamfights. Yet, with the nerf of W his bulk doesn't support this build path.

2.) Ability damage improvement; Same reasoning as above, increasing his abilities damage would allow him to remain a threat even when building tanky.

3.) Mobility (E): Since the Shurelia's and FoN removal his mobility has severely suffered. Back in S2 those were core on him and allowed him extremely fast travelling. Since Shurlias got heavily nerfed and FoN removed, I feel like the speedbuff on E should be improved and the cooldown possibly be lowered to remain omnipresent on the map.

Why has Udyr so much more mobility then Hecarim on his E ? :/
