For the record, Riot wont accept open forum call outs of people engaging in misconduct. Also, you can receive a forum ban for openly calling out people. If you want to inform Riot, submit a support ticket.
But don't do a forum post. It won't help and you're risking your right to post in the forums.
Your picture is no proof that he was using a bot.
