Make wriggles build out of recurve bow

New build: madreds razors (700 g) + recurve bow (900 g) + 150 gold = 1750 gold

I will only comment on changed stats.

40% attack speed up from 25% remove 40% increased gold and replace with SOTAG passive.

SOTAG passive means the item is designed to be a passive farming item as opposed to SOTEL passive but provides you the flexibility of being able to cover lanes and do ganks without losing valuable income.

Furthermore the item specifically benefits people who clear slower i.e. ww vs say shyvana. Shyv will not be able to build up the conservation stacks that ww could if they both just straight farmed. If they both ganked equally, they would both earn same gold. Either way it is a win win.

Wriggles is meant to be an item for late-game champs who will farm the jungle for most of the game. It is way too expensive/not cost efficient right now, but the answer is to buff it, not to change into a different item.
