How to build against top elise?
How do you build against %hp magic dmg when most of the MR items are built with hp items?

First %hp damage doesnt mean that you shouldn't build hp...
Anyway for top lane elise is more about sustain, if you have some she will be oom way before she can kill you (pots also a good idea)
Some like riven can also just all-in her and straigh up kill her.
The most important question imo is which champion, this is like 'how to build singed vs teemo?' u don't, u're screwed...
