Hello, I am here to ask how do I beat my team to get to higher rankings, I know it is a classic excuse to blame the team, and sometimes it is my fault, and I understand that, but then again sometimes it is my team.

Like my last had a nasus who farmed really well and we could win a teamfight easily....but he refused to group with us for some odd reason. We finally won..but we almost lost because he refused to group and he constantly tower dove....

But he wasn't the only one. Our ez failed to dodge blitz hook and I would go in to save him and end up dying for it, then he instantly started blaming me for having 3 deaths...I just don't understand how you can win with teammates like this...any tips?

it doesn't always work but your teammates are like children(in many cases they simply are children) you have to engage them calmly make them feel important but make them see that there are other people on their team listen to their input but don't be afraid to voice your suggestions "my way or the highway" will never work taking charge is one thing but tyranny is bad.

and if their still abusive and raging there's nothing you can do?

mute them report them and move on you can't win them all.
