--Her Q is actually fairly easy to avoid after getting boots
--Her W has a decent range but is more if a combo maker than a pure damage ability, everything else has a fairly short range.
--Her stun is not meant to be dodged by reaction, it's meant to be denied by positioning. If you have a sphere in between you and her of course she's going to use her stun. However if you stop that from happening it will be much harder for her to stun you.
--Most of her power is locked until she maxes an ability, so her early game should actually be fairly weak.
--She is hard to catch with a melee champ, sure, but that problem is had by almost all mage champs. Syndra is not different from Orianna, Ryze, Karma, and so many others when it comes to being 'untouchable'. They all have a close range, easy to land cc that you have to work around before being able to close the distance.
Overall, my best advice is to play her. If you win every game and have easy games always then yes her kit's overloaded, but I'll bet you'll have some games where you don't do as well and you can use those games to identify where and when she is weak and vulnerable.
