i get that Riot wanted a high mobility champion, fizz is not how you do it.

Why does he need 70% on his ult and a pop-up, if he is supposed to just plain be faster than you. **Why does his e make him IMMUNE TO EVERYTHING. **

If you actually had to aim his ult, he might be okay. The hitbox is outrageously stupid-big.

Not immune, just untargetable. For instance DoTs like summoner 14 will still do damage and such unlike when in item 3157 / item 3090 stasis which makes you invulnerable to damage.
