[ Skin Idea] Officer Karma

Looking at Karma's skin is saddening. Regular, karma with fans, karma with fans, old karma.... with fans. I'm thinking of more action. Something like .... Foot Cop Karma

  Think of a busy street in a major city. SUDDENLY, a man in dark clothes swerves through the streets pushing everything out of his way, money flying out through a sack on his shoulder. avoiding car as money trails out the window. The bank robber is getting away! "SUBJECT  HEADED WESTBOUND ON EAST CHICAGO ALL UNITS RESPOND," blares through Officer Karma's radio. A casual "copy" sends her racing down the streets her siren shield blaring. 

"I have a visual on the perp," Karma says running full speed down the pavement. She sends an Inner Flame towards the robber and hits him. He Trips and falls onto the ground, while Karma catches up to him. she uses her tether to handcuff him and the day is saved.

Q can have red, white and blue colors, W can play a handcuff click when it roots, E can flash and play a siren, R can further the theme on each abilities
