Saving up for Wriggle's feels painful.
I really like the idea behind giving damage-oriented champions a farming boost with Wriggle's and so I've been experimenting with it on my AD-stacking, duelist Nocturne. I'll be trying this with Master Yi next, but currently the jungle really hurts a champion with attack-speed oriented runes and masteries, and I believe it would be nice to have that pain be better rewarded by a slightly better Madred's and a slightly better Wriggle's. For instance:
Madred's is a nice boost, but could the healing or gold-gain (or both) be a little better? By comparison, Doran's offers 5 healing per attack (as apposed to 3) for laning champions that don't have to worry about tanking damage nearly as much as a jungler is required to. Also, if the Wriggle's item path is supposed to be about farming, why doesn't Madred's contribute a little bit to that? (Even an extra 10% jungle gold would be nice I'd imagine.)
Wriggles, on the other hand, feels like a large boost in comparison to Madred's, but does it need to take so long to catch up to the gold efficiency of the other jungle items? I'd imagine it would be easy to add another stat that generic, damage-oriented jungler's would like. My best suggestion would be something like 8% movement speed, but there are other stats that could work.
I'm not sure about my impressions yet, though. I'll keep experimenting. For anybody that reads this, I thank you for your time.
