Rengar Kha'zix The Hunt Is On quest.

I feel like with the new Rengar changes the Quest is now not really fair on Rengars side. I just tested out the quest with my friend in a custom to see what Rengar gets out of it. The only thing Rengar now gets from the Head of Kha'zix is a reduction for the trinket cool down. At least before he didn't loose stacks. I feel like Rengar should get something equal to Kha'zix getting his 4th evo point in terms of strength other than being able to place a ward more often whatever trinket you have.
