There need to be a better way to deal with people saying there gonna troll which forces me to dodge and wait 5 minutes while the troll is instantly back in que. Something like making the first dodge free and giving a 10-15 minute wait on second dodge or a vote to kick or something. I know this has probably been posted before but its really annoying.
There are countless other threads about this. As it stands most of the people think there should be a votekick system. The only problem I can see this posing is a group of 4 trolls saying they all need the role they want, and will votekick you if you refuse.
Overall, it solves more problems than it causes.
I'd be fine with a vote-kick system if there was no significant penalty. That way, if you kick someone out you get into the priority queue, while they get sent to the back of the line. If you get troll kicked, no big loss. Wait a minute. You're back in queue. Trolls would never play because always kicking. Legit folks would.
Perhaps one could have a limited number of kick votes per day.
Riot doesn't want to do a votekick system because they believe if you want to pick something non-meta and all 4 other players disagree with your pick, you have the right to force it through anyway.
this could help for people trying to steal a role like locking a mid after someone has called it but it wouldn't work at all for people who are going to troll. they would just stop giving you that pre-game warning and surprise you with their trolling once the game starts. wouldn't you rather be able to dodge?

That aside, I don't see much problem with it. I mean if 4 people on your team don't agree with your pick, then it stands to reason that they wouldn't play well with you anyway. I mean, even 4-man queues would find that form of trolling boring because they can't see the reaction of the person they're kicking.
The only way I can really see this being abused is if people start agreeing to vote kick if certain champions weren't banned or certain ones were banned.
