@Statikk: Kassadin assessment, post-buff.

I've played a bunch of Kassadin after the recent buff, and I have to say that, while he feels much better now, I think that his W damage has indeed made him a tad too 'bursty,' especially when building Lich Bane.

On the other hand, I do think that you guys got his overall damage in a good spot. (The Q buffs made me so happy in particular, thank you!)

I just think that the damage may not be quite spaced out enough.

My suggestion would be to tone down the scaling for his Nether Blade's active, and to have his (Nether Blade's) passive's base damage scale with level (and have higher AP scaling.)

Perhaps something like:

Nether Blade (active): 40 / 75 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 55% AP)

Nether Blade (passive): 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 (+ 25% AP)

The exact numbers mentioned above are probably too big a buff to the passive, but the overall idea would be to have Kassadin recoup the loss of damage on the active portion of his W within 2-3 auto-attacks or so.

Successfully spacing out his damage using this method will cut down on a lot of complaints, and give him a continued reason to stay in melee if given the opportunity.

Just my 2cents!
