Which champion is the strongest right now, and what are each champion's strengths?

Lucian has some of the best burst.... Jinx is the best in my opinion her strength is her ability to siege and get objectives better than the other two... As for graves not sure what his strengths are

Jinx, she's the most versatile when it comes to range and damage, as well as having a stupidly strong attack speed steroid for late game. Combine that with a ult that does % missing health damage and you got ypurselves an OP champ. She suffers from lack of escapes though, so her glass cannon nature can truly work against her.

Lucian is a lane bully, simple as that. His Q and passive make for a superb early game. While he is mana thirsty as all get out he has the burst of a caster as well as a very reliable escape combined woth a slow cleanse. His ult is a bit lack luster until you get botrk but he's ery mobile and very fun.

Graves has the strengths of free mitigation, making any health item go a decenbt bit farther on him, unfortunately this works against his role as an adc. His short range and lack of offensive power makes him very weak in the current meta.

In my opinion, Graves is the strongest. I like to view Graves as a mix between the other 2. his passive makes his sustain better than the others, he can engage and disengage fairly well like Lucian, he is not as mobile as Jinx, but Jinx can also be countered extremely easy. Graves is a powerful burst champion, and also smokescreen helps out more than you'd think. and his ultimate is straight up OP as all hell. It's not a global ult and he is more short ranged then Lucian and Jinx. but he can hold his own very well. its all personal preference, and skill level decides the better ADC. or (Marksman. The support has nothing to do with your adc's skill. a support just needs to secure kills and body block damage. positioning and focus is on you.
