If someone gets the s2 border, and doesn't play in s3, will he still have the border?

Meatybag1 votesYou will have the border of the rank you achieved in season 3 for this season. I was sad to see my silver border go away this season since I myself played little in season 3.
Pyrrasu1 votesYeah, the S2 border is replaced by the S3 border. I was silver in S2 but didn't really play ranked in S3 so I no longer have a silver border.
