New Heimerdinger Hair = New Heimerdinger Passive ; It's only fair, right ?

(Skip this part, if you don't want read my ranting about Riot's thematic decisions.)

Lately, I've found myself oddly obsessed with Health Regeneration. I find it surprisingly boring in-game.
It's so simple and it just kinda is. You can't really interact with it all too much and those few Champions who can are actually also kind of boring.
Sure, there are Champions like Garen and Mundo and what not, but Mundo's passive just is, there's nothing more to it, and Garen's passive seems so forced.
Also, there is this weird idea of Riot's, that Health Regen has to be tied to maximum Health, which is just absurd imo.
Why would your being naturally more enduring have anything to do with how fast you can catch your breath again ? / How fast you can get over wounds ?
Weird .... 'shakes head'.

If Health Regeneration should be tied to any stats, then an offensive one, I believe.
Haven't you heard of the overall perception that the use of magic rejuvenates the body ?
Seems like you haven't. Or maybe the idea of runners and sprinters and overall mobile people being able to catch their breath easily, because their always running about and are always quick on their feet.
Or how Berserker's just go on and on, swinging their sword at you, never getting out of breath and never leaving you a chance to breath ?
Nope, you haven't.
The only things you have in that aspect are 'Life Steal', because sure, every Warrior is a sparkling Vampire, and 'Spell Vamp'.
I'd much rather see effects like basic attacks cause you to regenerate X percent of your total attack damage over Y seconds. Or something similar. It just makes much more sense thematically.
Why would a Marksman (who are normally the ones to buy Life Steal) heal off of the damage they inflict to their targets ?
So I'd just like to appeal Riot to review their thematic view on Life Steal and Spell Vamp and Health Regeneration in particular.
Here and Here are threads where I tried scratching the surface on this topic.

But now to this thread !

##Heimerdinger Heimerdinger

Heimdinger now has basic Health Regen at level 1, however he does not gain Health Regen per level.

Passive - Techmaturgical Repair Bots :

Heimerdinger grants himself, nearby allied H-28G Evolution Turrets, and nearby allied champions 6% of his maximum Ability Power as Health Regen per 5 seconds.

No more healing turrets? :(

He doesn't even have that atm ;(
It's sad, I know.

Actually, his current passive applies to his turrets, giving them some moderate sustain.

Taking this passive away is a direct nerf to heimers turrets. No, Heimer needs no buffs or nerfs. For once, he is considered balanced.

Also, 6% of his AP? Wtf, that is OP.

Yes, I did apply it to his Turrets (they're called H-28G Turrets, you know), but not to Turrets, as in the big ass stone statues that shoot you with lazor-beams, since Heimi used to have that.
And 6% AP, since he'll have equal amount of HP5 as he does now with 500 AP, whilst giving him some room for decisions.
And I hate to bring it to you, but he'll probably be getting some nerfs and buffs with his VU.
(Sorry, didn't mean to write so aggressive... :/ )

Sry, didn't see that part. Still, no need to nerf or buff.

Honestly, he already got reworked, so they might not touch him. They are experimenting with a few buffs to him on the pbe now that I hope don't pan out for them. Heimer is more or less balanced as of right now.

Also, not to be degrading or anything, but in the future might I suggest that when talking about Heimer, call the stone statues towers instead? It helps keep the confusion to a minimum.
