It is Riot's favorite champ, nobody can complain, needs no skills, considered an APC with no skill shot or strategy, just AA, on every AA he does 80 plus damage with no ap. How the hell is that balanced? and shrooms which are unlimited damaging wards. I am sorry but I don't know how is he balanced or fun or cute. 52% win rate is a lot for such noob champ.

is actually a little harder to be AMAZING at than you may think. He seems easy because he has no skill shot. But shroom placement for some people is harder than for others. It's also really important depending on what you're trying to do (i.e. have vision, or place them where you know enemies will run into them). Someone like 
can probably very easily counter if he's building AP. Many people like to use 
to counter him, or 
. He's certainly not an infallible champion. He's annoying, but he is shut-down-able. He's a squishy. So, I mean, two tanks (even under the Teemo's turret) post level 6 can shut him down no problem. Usually that's what happens to me when I play him. I get shut down by two tanks that can do a bit of damage(the top laner, and the jungler usually). Maybe that's my bad skills or something, but I am sure it's doable even at higher levels of play.
jmaishere1 voteswell it depends who you are against, the key to teemo is early game aggression trying to zone the opponent. Also choosing who to blind is extremely important as choosing the wrong one means dying
