How to make spellvamp good
I want spellvamp to work. So do you. Let's talk about how to make it work.
Why can't it work? Simple. Some champions will abuse this. How will we fix it?
Give each champion a "Spell vamp" natural stat, one that had to be enabled, or discovered, or something cool like that.
Now, make each spell vamp value scale based off of that natural value. This is basically the exact same as attackspeed, except you have to enable it with an item first.
Pro's:
An easy to balance stat that isnt nerfed because of a select few champions.
Problems:
Champions that use early game spellvamp are disadvantaged. This can be fixed. It is better to have this than an unusable stat.
