Suggestion: QoL change for Tribute passive on Spellthief's Edge and Frostfang

SE+FF have the problem of if you are against a champion that summons minions/pets such as Zyra, if you kill their minion/pet, it disables the Tribute passive. (The plants only gives 5 gold, and your carry may be busy last hitting minions worth more.)

What I'm suggesting is that the passive doesn't disable itself if you kill a champion's minion such as Zyra's plants, Malzahar's pet, or Yorick's ghost. Otherwise, the item stays the same.

Edit: Dorkdav also pointed out a similar issue for the Relic Shield line of items. Thanks to him for pointing that out as well.

If you are going to do that I would suggest you do the same for Relic Shield. Using a charge on a plant or box is usually a big waste.
