is the new patch for certain champs fair, or should riot fix certain nerfs?

the new and buffs seem to be unfair. cause trist(as if she wasnt already annoying to fight,what with the amazing escape and ignite every 10 seconds) can now use her q without using mana so she can farm without trying and kog can just spam his w over and over and over again,cause guess what it has no mana cost. and he farm like it aint nothing and out dmg's you early game. Not only that but his q now shreds even more (as if it werent enough already) armor and magic resist, and its base dmg got buffed, AND it has longer range. And woohoo its a skillshot now so you actually have to aim it, well guess what it still has a giant width and its fast, what the heck, i still cant dodge it! Really, that's all they could do to make up for it. Might as well give rengar back triple q, trynd gets 10 fury every attack, and kennen gets a longer stun for his next stun by stunning some one. Maybe its just me, maybe im ranting, but i just need a strong example from some one as to why this nerf is fair or not. but thank god they nerfed kass, maybe i can nerf some one else first now.
