QoL Change For Quinn Passive in Jungle

I play Quinn a lot, and thigh I think there's a couple small things and little bugs that could help her, one minute change to get passive is something I think would be really helpful. A lot of portions who osu her know her passive can be buggy, but I think this is less a bug and more just an over sight. When in the jungle Valor will often mark the small creeps as you pass them. This is frustrating for when you are simply running through the jungle, as this will put it on cooldown. This is also extremely frustrating for Quinn jungle, somewhat of a finger pick, I know. The problem is that before you even being to attack the camp, Valor will mark one if the small creeps, presumably because they are more forward in the camp and thus closer to Quinn than the larger creep. This is frustrating when trying to nibble with her, as she loses a good but of damage assist the larger creep because she doesn't get to take advantage of the passive for the more important target.

Because of this, I propose a change to get passive's decision making, whether it not mark jungle creeps until you begin attacking then (if possible) or just put a higher priority to larger creeps. It isn't a huge buff it anything, but would really improve her QoL.

Her passive always has been and always will be a random luck game. In lane you just hope it marks you enemy generally.

Quinn jungle = not viable.

And her passive is not designed to work optimally in the jungle.
