Riven Needs nerf Please.

Honestly, nothing huge, just lower the damage on her passive by about 25% maybe even less, maybe just 15%, or perhaps keep the dmg the same but redude the amount of stacks she can gain to a maximum or 2 instead of 3. It equates to about the same amount of damage with either nerf.

And increase the CD on her Shield. It's like 6 seconds at max rank.. Thats way too low. I know she is supposed to be really mobile and that was the entire idea behind her kit. But she already has 4 dashes and she still will, just not as frequently. 6 seconds is too short. And then people often build Ionian boots and Black cleaver for even more CDR and the dash becomes 3.6 seconds with 40% CDR. Are you joking??? Please riot. This needs to be fixed.
