Game won't stop crashing since 2.21

As the title describes. my game won't stop crashing now, I'm sitting here trying to reconnect to a game for the passed 25 minutes. Im going to get reported and put into leaver buster because of a patch update that inexplicably crashes my game. I don't have a firewall turned on, i tried restarting my computer. GG Riot.
