Purple side locked Camera

1st attachment is top lanes camera with Leona's spell visible everywhere(meaning can go 360 without moving camera

2nd attachment is purple side bot camera on the same spot as top lane(if they were swapped) not able to see any long range skill shots(ez's q or blitz q)

3rd attachment is when I let go of locked cam and pressed down once, giving a better view and more visibility to the enemy.

now if a blitzcrank was on purple side would you have seen a max range q catch you? yes but not with the 2nd screen shot, please lower the locked view of purple side, it's just enraging having to go unlocked camera on purple side and moving mouse down and left every time we snowball.

I know it's been said in In-game HUD section, but I thought I'd give it a shot here.
