Honor flair after everyone on the team honored each other.

I know that you can only get the nice flair if someone honored you in the previous game, but games with Soraka will likely favor her in recieving honor flairs for the continuous heals. What I'm suggesting is if everyone honored each other and have the honor level, they get to keep the flair as if the whole team votes counted as an honor point for everyone. I just don't know why I'm getting empty progress without flair and Soraka's the only one who'll get flair for playing a healer.

Honestly, that would be a pretty nice change. Though I would say that you would need the flair before it would persist. If ya didn't have the flair it wouldn't give you one, but if you did then it would continue.

I wouldn't like this change. All too often there is someone being negative on the team that doesnt deserve it. With this system you could have multiple people that were being negative get their flairs

If everyone honored everyone, it does count towards the progress of your honors.

Just no flair.

I know honor enemy is coming back soon. Who knows if "honor everyone on your team" will come back, but Riot did make a conscious decision that "getting honored is a big deal, so think clearly when you do".
