Most annoying champs to top against

Renekton

I would have to say nasus. You may win the lane but when you team cries for help mid and you go to help, he will just freefarm top. Thats when you wait for him to get tones of stacks and you team to blame you for the loss.

for anyone who didn't ask for Top. Otherwise, Can be pretty devastating.

Alas, poor . He has been forgotten as a devastating top laner. Honestly, a masterful can bully most everyone (some exceptions briefly mentioned below). Only another masterful or anyone else with very high sustain can hope to counter him effectively. It does depend on skill though. Not anyone can just pick up and expect to own with him. I think though, it could be really hard for him versus a ranged ADC. I forgot the OP mentioned them for top lane as well. Or even a really good because he's ranged and highly sustainable. Poor . lol

is actually another very annoying top laner to go against. You have to stop him from farming. Just put him down quick and keep him there, otherwise late game won't be good for you.
Just my opinions to throw out there. :)

and . they both can build super tanky and deal alot of damage late game

Never had a problem with anyone after lvl 6 with warwick. But I havn't started ranked yet so I fairly inexperienced.
