Minor Vel'Koz Issues

I've only played Vel'Koz once, so I don't know if these problems are personal or for everyone. The first minor issue I had with Vel'Koz was that I could not buy his Battlecast Skin on his character page. After attempting several methods of buying it in this way (i.e. logging off and back in, etc.), I just bought in the shop instead. It doesn't seem to be a problem for any other champion I've checked so far.

Another problem I noticed, and I'm sure that many others have as well, is that Vel'Koz's icon for his W spell, Void Rift, is not displaying.

Just a few things I noticed during the first time I played him.
