[BLITZ GAME MODE BUG] Chilling Smite

Not sure how to reproduce it but when I was playing Warwick on Blitz (First time playing the game mode btw), I bought the cinderhulk upgrade and spent the game being unable to smite champions. I thought we just were unable to smite champs in this mode, but then i noticed the other jungles were smiting champions just fine. Idk if others are having the same problem or something, but I figured I oughta post this just in case.
