Heal should be reduced IF you don't heal a teammate

Riot's goal is to make Heal a support option, right? So how about making it so that if you don't heal any teammates, the heal's strength is reduced?

There, Barrier can work again.

it was already nerfed to half effect for using it back to back. Heal is in a fine place right now

Nah, while I like this idea because heal is stupid right now, the issue is that heal and barrier basically do the exact same thing. I.E., one is more efficient and used over the other.

That still wouldn't fix the barrier problem. It would still only equate to a numbers game and by doing that, it would make barrier the viable choice again and no one would pick heal anymore except for maybe the occasional support, but they tend to run things like exhaust. The thing about barrier and heal being on ADCs/Fighters is that it's meant as a clutch skill to avoid a chunk of damage.

Plus, I never really heard anything about that support nonsense. Reducing the effect of heal would make it less viable for champions that make good solo use of it such as Tryndamere after his Undying Rage or Mundo if he needs to drop his Ult at low health but not be nuked down before the Regeneration can save his life.
