Moonflair Spellblade?

Where'd it go? I know it wasn't very popular, but there are a lot of items like that, but they have niches. I picked up Diana awhile back, and was going through the Item Set tab, making my build, and looked at Moonflair and just went "Yes! Diana (specifically tanky/bruiser Diana, not glass cannon) needs AP and resistances, and this comes with both plus tenacity! Sweet!" So I put it in my item set, and went to a live game and realized that it just wasn't there. Where'd it go? I don't remember a news article saying it got removed.
