Give Talisman of Ascension the Frost Queen's Claim treatment, please.
UNIQUE Passive - Favor :
Being a near a unit death heals you for 10 Health, additionally, if you did not deal the killing blow and the unit is a minion, you gain 3 gold.

I am against this.
The problem is the nature of the supports that would get one or the other -
A support getting frost queen was usually building as aggressively as possible, and causing alot of frustrations where they were doing their job (causing aggressive poke damage) and accidentally terminating their passive (AOE damage) creating this weird risk/punishment instead of risk/reward situation.
Talisman of Ascension is not designed for hard poking champions, but is better suited for background supports that really capitalize on the cooldowns for things like sustain and CC that dont face the same accidental minion kill risks. A Soraka or Janna can do their job without worrying about killing a minion and I think the distinction really clarifies which item you need when.
Take Zilean - Are you focusing on bomb spike damage and insane poke? Take Queen. Are you focusing on a clutch ultimate and perma slow CC? Take Ascension.
Ascension has, not arguably, the best active of the three GP10 items and I feel it's in a strong place without this change.
