I'll start the list off by saying, "Anything and everything will happen in solo que games, this means even when you are behind by a seemingly insurmountable gold deficit that the enemy team can always throw and you can come back and take that victory!"

Champions' abilities and how they work is something newer players don't spend a lot of time learning (which often leads to champion OP threads). Knowing where to ward, what to buy for a champion and knowing something about the lanes and jungle are also helpful in general.
