Blast Cone Recommendation!

Let me preface this by saying I am a fan of plants for the MOST part, however, I strongly dislike the current state of the Blast Cone. Currently, you auto it and on auto-attack connection it explodes. This often leads to so many frustrating escapes, and you just feel like you often feel hopeless on how to outplay the blast cone when they can just escape so easily with the instant explosion. I could go on more for the problems with the current state of blast plant if a Rioter would love to have a chat feel free to add me on LoL ign: "tanker".

CUTTING TO THE CHASE: My recommendation is that the blast plant acts as sort of a time bomb. For instance, someone would auto-attack a blast cone, then it would fade from a dark red to white, such as dark red -> light red -> orange -> yellow -> white -> explosion. This whole process would only take 1 or 2 seconds at most. This 1 or 2 seconds will add so much more depth to blast cones. You could use it to auto as a range champ from a distance then flash or ez e for instance to get into the right position to fly over a wall. Or use it as a thresh to flash flay them to shoot the opposite direction, etc. There will be MUCH more room for outplay potential on BOTH sides rather than this one sided blast cone we currently have.

I think to balance it it needs to work like a thresh lantern. You have to be inside the circle to use it. Because at the moment it makes it so that marksmen can activate it to cancel someone's escape by being just relatively close to the cone. That's all i think should happen.
