When you kill a trap with the red trinket the cooldown of the red trinket goes down.

Basically, make teemo unviable. LONG LIVE Teemo item 3151

Hopefully they won't make another incident with Teemo in the name of making him "more viable than ever" like they did with Skarner.

Also, all Teemo haters can just go screw themselves. Find a place far from this society, dig a hole and get in it. And stay in there forever.

My suggestion: Teemo shrooms now behave just as pink wards do, in that they no longer go invisible. Keep the AP ratio the same.

This means that to be as effective as possible, Teemo would be forced to place shrooms in the cover of brush, and the only way to detect them would be to continue to use sweepers, or to go into the brush yourself and see them.

Under the present mechanic, when up against a late-game Teemo, it is almost impossible to safely traverse your own jungle without stepping on a shroom you had very little chance of seeing. You and your teammates are thus forced to spread out and stay in a single lane, relying on minions as cannon fodder in case there happen to be shrooms placed in the lane.

With my proposed change, people can at least be given a fighting chance, while the mushrooms themselves still retain all of their potency. Mushrooms out in the open are completely visible and easy to disarm. If you trigger a mushroom you plainly saw, you deserve to take damage. Otherwise, if Teemo is forced to place all his mushrooms in brush to limit their detection, enemy players can still safely traverse their own jungle knowing that as long as they stay out of the brush, they should walk away unscathed. The brush by the tier 2 mid lane turret is the only brush that acts as a chokepoint, but it can still be avoided, or countered with item 3341
