It's such a nice item, and it's better than Mercurial Scimitar.
It's still useful for Adc's, but it's even better for most melee champions.

Most melee champs do not need to be any stronger.
Dervish Blade on SR MIGHT be a possibility, certainly. However, its price would need to be increased quite a bit (some 300-400 gold), to be roughly on par with Mercurial.

Upvote, but as an alternate path for quicksilver sash. I don't want merc scimitar being replaced.
Every AD champ can use the AD but not every AD champ can use AS.
