Inexperienced Ranked Players Solution

I really enjoy playing League, and I really don't like to loose even though never loosing is inevitable. Lately I have been playing ranked and I have been having kind of a bad experience in some matches due to inexperienced players, and their bad decision making. I do not believe in flaming or insulting them because they still have much to learn and that will just make things worse. So I make a proposition for Riot to creat some kind of test for players who want to start ranking. This will prevent players who are not prepared to rank to ruin in a certain way others experience. This is a good idea I believe because if players really want to rank they will inform themselves about the game and game mechanics and will improve their abilities so everyone has a better experience.

I think people should need like 50 wins in normal games after they hit level 30 before they can start ranked games. It would help a lot since there are some people who only play vs AI to level 30 and then hop into ranked and get demolished.

I'm not entirely sure what kind of test could possibly be provided to people who hit level 30 and want to try ranked games. I know I am not the best player by any means. I know I am a god awful player and have my streaks of wins and losses just like everyone else. However saying that because I (or anyone else) made a bad decision and it ruins your experience is a bit unfair. Everyone is going to make bad calls during their games. It is the way it works, regardless if you are Bronze V or Challenger. There is a winning team and a losing team, all the time. Nothing you can do to change that. You win your games in League because you make better calls than your opponent. You cannot do everything right 100% of the time. The responsibility for players to improve is on their own, not Riot because you feel you are being treated wrong being paired up with unexperienced players (I know you did not say that but your post kind of infers it). LoLReplay is a great tool and completely free for us. Record every game you play and watch it over and over again, analyzing what YOU could do better. In solo queue you are responsible for your own actions. Improve yourself and you will be able to carry your team even if a teammate makes a bad call. Work around it, not let it ruin the game for you.
