When using Quinn as an adc in bot lane agains Draven, Quinns' Q(Blinding Assault) is bugged. When Draven has his spinning axes activated and quinn hits him with blinding assault, and blinds him, it has no effect since draven can still hit quinn with his spinning axes and deal full damage. (Note: I am refering to his basic attacks with his Q(Spinning Axes) activated) I have tested this several times, and it has continued to happen.
I believe, if I recall right, that Quinn IS the champion with the most bugs that need to be fixed... Or was it Azir?
For that bug about her blind, I just played her and it didn't happen to me the whole game... then again, the enemy bot lane didn,t have the Draaaaaven.
Are you sure it's happening before he auto attacks? If you blind someone but they've already started their attack, then that attack will still hit you. The blind only applies to any attacks after the enemy has actually received the debuff.
So if he's already throwing an axe at you and you blind him, the axe is still going to damage you.
Along the same lines - I like to jungle with Quinn and when she starts a jungle fight with her Q (gromp for example) the first hit of the Gromp lands. I understand if the attack has already started then the blind wouldn't apply, but when the Q activates the monster - how could that be?

Does Riot ever pay attention to Quinn and Valor? Her Q is having bug so sure. It happened the whole time that her Q cannot effectively blind someone. I found that bug keep happen on blinding Twitch or KogMaw. Like I just have a ARAM, I am 1v1 on a Twitch under their turret and drawing aggro, I Q on Twitch which hit yet was still dealing crit damage on me! WTF is that? Or you trying to tell me the turret now crit?
