just want to congratulate you guys. i'm not yet sure how she'll play. (not a sivir player generally speaking) but i just tried her in a custom match just to get a feel for her. and she handles like a dream. her new particles are fun. the sounds are great. and she looks fun.
others may not like her. but i do.

May I have your evaluation on Sivir splash art?
Agreed. I only have a bit of beef with her voice sounding too...... "throaty" if that makes any sense. I'm not a huge fan of the splash either.
But these are just minor nitpicks, she handles like a dream now. Spell shield with no mana cost and ultimate with 0 cast times are fap-material level of excellent.
The only thing I have a problem with is that they didn't throw as much money as required to get Lucy Lawless to voice her. It's an outrage, original sivir I understand but new sivir is from the bottomless pockets version of riot.
She's pretty ridiculous now. I know before she could be strong but was very mana hungry, it seems like they got rid of the mana issue and now she just smashes faces.
Sivir and Jinx are on the same ridiculous level and should be instabans.
