[Rework Suggestion] Fiora, the Grand Duelist

#Fiora Fiora

Pretext :

Currently Fiora is a very ... unique Champion. She lacks any form of crowd control, has no actual escape abilities, has the same amount of mobility any other champions would have and deals the same amount of damage.
Most people would never play in her in a ranked game, and others only play her for fun in normals.
This is part of the reason why I want to suggest this rework.
The major part would be that she is in no way the fencer one would imagine her to be.
Does a fencer fight like she does ?
Honestly I don't know, but I sure hope not :D
Fencers fight fast, and mobile. They block their enemies attacks while rapidly attacking theirselves until they beat their enemy.
But Fiora ... yeah, well Fiora ...
So here is my rework suggestion on how to make Fiora "playable" again.
I hope you like it.

#Abilities

Passive - Riposte
Every 7 seconds Fiora parries the next basic attack and deals 4 (+2 per level) true damage to the attacker. Basic attacks lower this cooldown by 0,5|1|1,5|2 seconds (levels 1|6|11|16)

Lunge [Q]
Fiora passively lunges a bit towards enemy champions when attacking them.
Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing 40|65|90|115|140 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within 4 seconds at no mana cost.

Duelist [W]
Fiora strikes the enemies vital points for 3 seconds, dealing 10|15|20|25|30% of her maximum attack damage +1% of the enemies missing health as bonus physical damage and slowing the enemy by 15/19/23/27/31% for 1,5 seconds.

Burst of Speed [E]
Fiora gains 60|75|90|115|130 additional attack speed for 3 seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her movement speed by 7|9|11|13|15% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.

Blade Waltz [R]
Fiora dashes around the battlefield—becoming untargetable in the process—dealing 160/280/400 (+120% bonus attack damage) physical damage to random enemy champion(s) 5 times. Successive hits against the same target deal 25% damage. The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
After the effect ends her next basic attack in 6 seconds will strike thrice, while each attack deals 80% of her total attack damage.

Edit : And alternate Idea for Duelist would be an active one-hit strike that applies on-hit effects, deals bonus damage based off of the enemies missing health and slows, since many dislike just activating buffs and fighting.
Edit 2 : Or the same as Edit1, just with empowering her next basic attack.

"Fencers fight fast, and mobile. They block their enemies attacks while rapidly attacking theirselves until they beat their enemy."

Did anybody else imagine Fiora stabbing herself multiple times? >.<

I really enjoy the passive and W changes, but I feel everything else is excessive and will harm her niche.

But there is still not any true escape for her. If someone more fed than you dove you, you'd have to fight. Since she is so skilled and quick why cant her Q target allies?

I really like what you did except that I believe that her ultimate should be left the same as it is now or at lest reduce the damage of the attack from 80% to 60%.Because if it applies on-hit effects a lifesteal or critical strikes would do ridiculous damage or heal in a ridiculous way, specially if you have an infinity edge or a fully stacked bloodthirstier.
