Orianna and Karthus range indicators are absent!
In terms with your mission of improving game clarity,
Twitch now has a range indicator on how close he needs to be in order to proc his passive with his Expunge,
Thresh has a range indicator on how far he can move out from his Dark Passage, and
Morgana has her range indicator on her Soul Shackles. One of the most frustrating champs to play that this mechanic is partially absent on is
Orianna.
Attaching her ball to an ally will shield them, and there is a nice range indicator that pops up that tells you at what distance the ball will return to you. However, if the ball is not attached to anyone, the only range indicator there is is the colored arrow pointing to it; yellow and red are way too small in difference and are largely inefficient at conveying the max distance, I'm spending more time guessing where the edge of the radius is in the invisible max range than actually supporting my ADC. It's detrimental to my ability to carry them to late game.
Karthus' Q cast range overlay doesn't show up while smartcasting. It's always a guess exactly how far you can cast your Q before your character starts moving toward the cast location; this can kill the champion if that accidental movement put them out of position because the range on how far Q can be cast doesn't appear.
Finally, the diameter of
Maokai's ult while it's active worked fine when it was statikkly (this was copied from the QA) placed on the field was great, but now that it's centered around Maokai at all times, it's more difficult to keep it around my allies because of it's small size. I think increasing the radius by even 40-50 would help with keeping more allies in relative safety if it's centered on Maokai.
