I'm not sure how many people are experiencing this but I just played ranked game where person did not connect at all and one person disconnected and was the in after game chat saying it would not let him rejoin. I thought that was the issue they were trying to fix over the last few days. Even though the ranked games are up again I do not think the issue is fixed. I'm not sure if Riot will even see this but I wanted to post anyway
