Auto Attack Bug for Jarvan IV

Last night I was playing Jarvan in a ranked game and notice the auto attack animation was not going through. It appeared as though Jarvan was just standing there, but the damage on the minion was going through. The spell animations seemed to be working fine. My friend watched at one point to confirm it was not just my game. I tried closing and reconnecting but the but continued. Has anyone else noticed this issue? I hope it will be fixed soon. It is not game breaking but is definitely irritating.
