@RIOT, So what is about Guinsoo's and Executioner's Calling?
Is Riot ever going to change those items? Everyone knows those 2 are the worst 2 items in this game. Why aren't they looked at?

Guinsoo is a problem of hybrid itemization. If anyone would buy it, it'd be someone like Jax - but only if Guinsoo's becomes even stronger than his current itemization, aand that's a state nobody wants to see. Basically, hybrid is an awkward place to be because only a handful of hybrid champions exist - and pure AD/AP items do their jobs better anyways. Why shouldn't they?
Exec's Calling is a field of thorns because Riot (and the community) can't really decide whether Grievous Wounds should exist or not. If EC becomes widespread in the game as it is, then healtanks completely disappear, so it's safer to just let it be weak and let heal champions exist. Having heal champions co-exist with a strong EC in would take a huge healing / GW overhaul.
Nobody's really asking for hybrid itemization or healing changes though, so I don't see Riot redirecting their efforts anytime soon.
Allowing Executioner's Calling to retain the +2G/kill passive from Avarice Blade would make it slightly more enticing (when against a team with significant healing/sustain) without making it "ZOMG MUST BUY".
