A Suggestion to Rengar's Passive

I've been playing against Rengar's left and right. I've found that his kit thrives off of (obviously) being around bushes, especially due to his passive in which he can leap from any bush. When in bushes (such as the two bottom lane brushes), he can just infinitely leap while in these bush if his enemy is also in them. I feel Rengar's "bush jump" should be more of a leap to kill, not "I'm going to leap 4 times then you die". As well, with the removal of Oracles and Pink Wards, I find him just a tad bit too strong. My suggestion to his passive is that there be a cooldown timer on it, possibly 1.5 or 2 seconds. I thought over 1 second, but it's too short as it wouldn't be even noticeable.

I'd like to hear some community feedback on this. I wanted to change a small thing on Rengar but not remove his primal essence, which is activating On The Hunt and assassinating your carries.

He has already seen another nerf to his heal that is in the current pbe patch and he is "supposed" to recieve a rework somewhere in the near future. Also his ability to constantly leap from bushes makes up for his god awful kill potential if your not in a bush

I really like the uniqueness of the bush jump. It gives him exciting ways to outplay, and there is clear counterplay to it (like staying the F away from bushes!). He is pretty strong right now, but there are plenty of champions that are in the same tier as him at the moment. I like stabkitty :)

I agree, he should have a cooldown on it, but also gain increased damage on leaps.
Like X percent of the targets missing health.
That way it has a better hunter feeling.
