Rengar is easy to use for jungling and i mostly jungle with him, so yea you can say that he is a good to use in the jungle.
Yes he is. Be sure to use empowered E for ganks, practice a lot with his passive leaps and counter jungle as much as you can. His ult is essentially a get out of jail free card until a pink ward is placed or someone upgrades their sweeper lens.
